REQUEST ON-SITE TRAINING arrow_forwardWhat Is HAZWOPER?
HAZWOPER is an acronym for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. It refers to the set of OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910.120) that govern how employees should handle hazardous substances and react to emergency situations involving toxic waste.
Failure to comply with these federal laws can lead to catastrophic workplace accidents and severe OSHA fines. Beyond regulatory compliance, HAZWOPER training serves as a critical shield against corporate liability, ensuring your workforce is equipped to mitigate risks before they escalate into environmental disasters.
OSHA REQUIREMENT
HAZWOPER training is mandatory under 29 CFR 1910.120 and 29 CFR 1926.65 for all workers exposed to hazardous substances.
